I. Job Summary Provides clerical/administrative support to a sales office or centralized sales function. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. · Provides daily support for customer service representatives. · Maintains and schedules loads for assigned accounts and gathers and enters information for payment and invoicing. · Serves as a liaison between vendors and customers. · Enters pricing, contract changes and other data to maintain customer accounts. · Processes data and generates routine reports regarding sales results, sales force earnings and market conditions. III. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Analytical and logistics skills, industry knowledge, and customer skills required.
