Experience in five or more of the following areas as related to Combating WMD (CWMD) threats:
Academic and analytical skills in functional areas of Weapons of Mass Destruction
Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) analysis
All-source intelligence processes, data evaluation and analysis
Intelligence Community and its primary members
J2 functions and capabilities to include collections and requirements processes
Joint and combined operational planning methodologies, tactics, techniques, and procedures
Analytical research tools, resources, associated equipment and software
Intelligence geospatial software and tools
Intelligence oversight
Situational awareness, time sensitive planning
Support, establish, and continue a network of WMB contacts for all-source analysis and reporting
Assist with development and refinement of CWMD intelligence operations tactics, techniques, and procedures
Evaluate and adapt emerging technology for incorporation into global assessment operations.
Understand Unified Command Plan (UCP) requirements
Maintain contact with CWMD and WMD-related agencies
Advise and assist the Government in collection, coordination, presentation and dissemination of COCOM CWMD requirements.
Assist with managing and operation of software applications in support of CWMD analysis
Support importing and maintaining required spatial data in the use of visualization tools to graphically communicate analytical results
Assist in the identification, demonstration, installation and testing of new and/or enhanced software applications.
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
Master's Degree preferred
Familiarity with USSTRATCOM
