Advertising Coordinator

General Summary:

This part time, 25 hour per week position is responsible for the management of all global advertising materials and requests(new and historic), management and development of the global advertising intranet site, and the management of the advertising traffic process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management and Collection of Global Advertising Material - responsible for maintaining strong global contacts from all business units & advertising agencies, materials storage decisions, maintainence and troubleshooting of all video equipment related to the use and storage of the advertising material.  
2. Management and Development of Global Advertising Intranet Site- updating and maintaining all electronic records to reflect current advertising collection, develop new ways to make the advertising assests more useful, develop ways to link material to all aspects of  creative process, continue to make intranet site as easily manuvered and user-friendly as possible, and integrate new technologies into the  useibility of the advertising materials.
3. Management of Advertising Traffic Process- liason between Campbell Soup, traffic agency & advertising agency traffic coordinators.  Also responsible for Ad-Id system including contract renewal and organizing team training.
4. Approval of Historical Advertising Usage-process internal and external advertising requests including processing paperwork needed for external use.

Job Complexity:

* Post and keyword multiple format (tape & lanuage) commericals to a website that is structured for an English speaking audience
* Maintain a matching inventory in three separate locations, 2 of which are in other Campbell departments
* Maintain a specialized editing system that runs on an Apple Computer
* Solve website format problems for different global locations
* Manage relationship with traffic and distribution agency and Ad-Id organization including being the day to day contact for questions related to the traffic process.
* Partner with Global Production Director to build relationships with global business units and collect global advertising within 1 month of airing.
* Partner with Public Affairs to process external advertising use requests providing reels of advertising and creating letters of approval for use.
* Complete all advertising requests for training reels, corporate presentations, etc as needed.
Education and Experience:

Education Required:  High School Diploma or equivalent.  
Preferred: Bachelors Degree

* Working knowledge of non-linear editing systems, software including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, and basic HTML, knowledge of editing system set-up and cabling
* Cross functional team leadership
* Maintain multiple agency relationships, and build global relationships
* Ability to maintain an up-to-date walking knowledge of past and present Campbell's advertising
* Strong organizational and time management skills

**THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION - 25 HOURS PER WEEK.
