Senior-level Subcontracts Administrator to provide cradle-to-grave subcontracting support to various Government prime contracts under a Government-approved purchasing system.  Responsibilities include assisting program customers in developing statements of work; drafting and issuing solicitations; processing subcontractor proposals, including coordinating technical evaluations, negotiations, and cost/price analyses; drafting and issuing subcontract agreements; day-to-day subcontract administration; eventual closeout of subcontract agreement.

14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD
Able to work closely with program customer teams; extreme customer focus; good communications skills; flexible; creative; good analytical and judgment skills; able to identify and implement opportunities for creative solutions to challenging customer situations; able to mentor/guide junior staff procurement professionals; must be able to multi-task and cope with a changing environment.
