The Remedy Systems Administrator will maintain the Remedy Action Request System (ARS). System consists of the Remedy Help Desk and Asset Management applications. Modify the Help Desk and Asset Management application workflow to meet changing needs. Support installation and evaluation of Remedy upgrades. Integrate/migrate external applications into new Remedy applications and Remedy workflow. Run performance evaluation of all Remedy applications and apply process improvements when necessary.
Requirements:
- Eligible TS/SCI security clearance
- 3 years experience with Remedy development and System Administration
- Must have BS + 6 years, or AS + 8 years, or HS + 10 years experience

- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience with Remedy 7
- Service Desk experience
