JTCOIC trainers must effectively achieve COIC proficiency in deploying staffs so that upon arrival in theater, units can fully exploit the reach-back capability of the COIC portal with its vast tool sets and fully utilize COIC analysts ability to provide fused intelligence products to fill intelligence gaps. As the JTCOIC matures, the Training Division trainers will engage a wider training audience, to include the staffs of joint task forces, corps, divisions, support brigades, warfighting battalions, Special Operations Forces, and Service training institutions.
