Need current resume and tailored resume addressing the following: 
Background understanding and knowledge
1. Comprehensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community, its primary members, the intelligence process, evaluation and analysis of intelligence data.
2. Knowledge of joint and combined operational planning methodologies (e.g., Joint Operational Planning and Execution System), and tactics, techniques and procedures involved in fusing intelligence into operational planning.
3. In-depth knowledge of intelligence information flow and governing regulations, including Intelligence Oversight requirements
4. Full understanding of intelligence analyst support.

Demonstrated Analysis Experience
5. Development of intelligence operations tactics, techniques, and procedures
6. Support to regional and global I&W, SA, and Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPE) time sensitive planning, and global strike planning
7. Support planned exercises and/or crises 24x7
8. Manageof intelligence displays, content and presentation
9. Maintenance of CIP/COP track databases and filters
10. Import and maintain spatial data
11. Support coordination with IT System Administration personnel to ensure user access to core analyst toolset; build and maintain a compendium of application user guides.
12. Submit and track system trouble tickets and monitor progress to solve
13. Provide "first echelon" response to systems questions.

Intelligence Technologies
14. Optimize the use of information technology.
15. Evaluate and adapt emerging technology for incorporation into global assessment operations.
16. Assist in identification, demonstration, installation and testing of new and/or enhanced applications

Training
17. Support training of intelligence analysts, including the use of visualization tools to graphically communicate analytical results.
Bachelor's degree in related field. 
Have 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
Have strong recent expertise and experience in COCOM operations.
US Citizen.
Local Candidate preferred; no relocation funds available.
