Instructional Analyst/Designer

Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
�	Support an overall organizational change management initiative when interacting with clients, subject matter experts, analysts, designers, business specialists, and system architects
�	Support the delivery of technical and business solutions based upon enterprise applications (ERP products based), and develop enterprise-based knowledge and skill programs of medium to high complexity 
�	Produce business solutions models, technical work products, instructional courseware, and documentation that will effectively utilize enterprise applications
�	Interface with other project resources and subject matter experts during Solution Design Labs to document and annotate information needed by the project�s organizational change management team including training and workforce development 
�	Conduct training needs assessments and audience analyses
�	Document learning requirements and instructional content elements
�	Perform concept, task and workflow analysis
�	Develop instructional outlines
�	Storyboard instructional content
�	Develop instructional materials for delivery as instructor-led workshops, Web-based learning modules, or as virtual classroom learning sessions
�	Develop work instructions, job aids (cue cards, procedures-at-a-glance) and online performance support
�	Participate in work product review sessions
Required
�	�	Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 2 years intensive or progressive experience
18+ Years with HS or 14+ Years with AA or 12+ Years with BS or 10+ Years with MS or  7+ Years with PhD
Primary Qualifications (candidate must possess to be considered):
�	US Citizen, as contract requires
�	Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
�	Minimum 4 years experience in designing, developing, and delivering end user training materials in support of business transformation initiatives and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions
�	Well-versed in application of ADDIE-based instructional design strategies and practices related to training and audience analysis, concept and task analysis, content outlining and storyboarding, development of web-based and instructor-led training components, creation of performance support, and development of learner practice and assessments
�	Demonstrated communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal)
�	Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)


Desired
Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
�	Prior experience with development accelerators like Oracle�s User Productivity Kit (UPK), RWD Info Pak�, or RWD uPerform�, to develop training and performance support materials
�	Prior experience developing Web-based learning programs using Flash, Dreamweaver, Captivate or similar tools
