The Sr Analyst, Testing & Analysis position is responsible for analysis and customer insights in support of the Ecommerce and Marketing programs.  This position will support the development of the Testing Agenda supporting all marketing offers, creative, usability, site performance, and merchandising testing requests designed to improve overall business performance and customer engagement.  This position will develop robust insights from customer analytics and testing results to support the development of new programs and the optimization of existing programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop analytical reporting including: key performance metrics, dashboards, customer analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Develop relevant customer insights to influence program and offer strategy development in online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Objectively deliver insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Develop a seasonal Testing Agenda and manage in season optimization.
  • Capture E-commerce and Marketing testing requirements and prioritize, execute, and share results.
  • Develop appropriate testing designs to support multivariate testing.
  • Mine qualitative research data and customer satisfaction/survey data and tie to actionable business insights.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance.
  • 3+ years of E-commerce and Direct marketing industry experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables required; Knowledge of SQL or SAS to analyze data a plus.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and reading multivariate marketing tests.
  • Proficient in Coremetrics, or Omniture Site Catalyst; Experience with Omniture Test and Target a plus.
  • Experience with any of the following analytical tools a plus: Clicktracks, Google Analytics, Comscore.com, Nielsen NetRatings, Quantcast.com, Compete.com, and Hitwise.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills along with ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to take initiative and solve problems.
