BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager to manage a high visibility IC-wide program that is responsible for several human resources custom-built systems and data warehouse. The primary responsibilities would include preparing and monitoring an integrated master schedule with milestones, serve as the primary customer interface attending meetings and preparing detailed status reports, manage and direct multi-disciplinary project teams, manage contractual and financial aspects of the program, and develop new business and prepare proposals and white papers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is critical to this position. The ideal candidate would also have a strong IT background, specifically with Data Warehouses or Application/Database Development projects.
