Program Director, Analytical Training & Education

The successful candidate will lead and manage all efforts required to mature and grow BAE's Global Analysis' analytical training center (GEOINT Tradecraft Advancement Center, (GTAC)). This  leader will direct, manage, and help build all required curriculum for Motion Imagery analysis and future classes taught at the GTAC while following the Instructional System Design (ISD) method.  Additionally, once developed the candidate will lead the process of obtaining accreditation for all classes.  Interfaces with customers and business elements across the Intelligence Community, combatant commanders, military services, and other government agencies. In addition to marketing the GTAC's capabilities to existing and future customers,  the candidate will identify and develop new tactical business opportunities to help grow business.  Demonstrates clear commitment to career development of subordinates. Ensures subordinate managers at every level focus on employee satisfaction and retention and provides direct training and guidance in support of satisfaction and retention goals.  Manages employee performance and salary review processes and ensures mentoring and guidance takes place at all levels.
Required
**Bachelor's Degree
**15+ years of teaching/training experience
**Experience with curriculum/syllabus accreditation process

**10+ years managing direct reports and matrixed employees..
**Familiar with Intelligence Community, military services, government agencies
**Familiar with Full Motion Video/Motion Imagery
**Proven record of leadership in articulating vision for business growth and motivating subordinates to meet goals. 
**Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
**Excellent oral and written communications skills in order to express complex technical/operational concepts to technical and staff, including the ability to develop and present complex proposals, correspondence, technical documents, briefings, and reports. 
**United States Citizenship required
