BAE Systems is looking for a dynamic Test Manager to assist the company's further expansion into Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) in supporting the Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA), Quantico, VA.  Responsibilities include: support the MCOTEA Division and Branch Test Managers, Chief of Test, and other sections in all facets of OT&E to include strategic planning, coordinating support, budget and programmatic tasks; ensure quality and content of technical and programmatic products; coordinate use of resources to accomplish objectives; assist Division/ Test Branch Managers in test events; define system requirements, develop technical solutions, perform systems functional analysis  and perform Test and Evaluation activities.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree coupled with 9 years related experience; or an Associate's degree coupled with 11 years related experience; or a high school diploma coupled with 13 years related experience. 

- T&E experience.

- Working knowledge of applicable DoD, USN, and USMC acquisition policies and traditional federal state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance. 

- Active DoD Secret Clearance.

- BS in engineering.

- Experience with Joint and DoD level programs   

- Marine Corps  Operational experience and Prior Military experience 

- Top Secret/ SCI
