Assist members daily in initiating, correcting and updating customers and clients accounts. Verifying payments, limitations and billing of secondary insurance.
- Candidate must be dedicated to excellent Customer Service and be able to correspond with the customer and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Constantly promotes customer satisfaction and have a good rapport with all customers that the candidate has contact with.
- Handles patient questions, complaints and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.
- Handles a minimum standard of 85 calls on a daily basis.
- Verifies insurance coverage and the billing of all insurance.
- Corrects and updates patient information and insurance information.
- Sends correspondence to the customer in reference to his/her billing statement, refund, account rejection, installment plans, write off/discount forms-financial hardship and missing check process.
- Maintains confidentiality of information that is pertinent to Dermpath Diagnostics.
- Performs tasks and other duties as assigned by their manager/supervisor.
