ELDP is a very challenging three-year development program for talented and high performing individuals. This special program is ideal for those candidates who wish to seek a master?s degree in engineering and who are interested in moving into engineering leadership positions within the company. The program requires all candidates to successfully complete all rotational work assignments ~ nine months in length in different technical areas of engineering and through several key business areas.  Participants will be required to enroll in an engineering master?s degree program (company paid). Academic coursework will be a combination of in-house curriculum and university courses. The expectation level for all participants is to complete the program within a three-year period. Additional special courses in communication and leadership skills are also part of the program, as well as a one week mandatory offsite training for the annual Leadership Development Conference
The program requires a Bachelor?s degree in electrical, mechanical, systems, or computer engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics, from an accredited college or university with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.  Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills, and previous COOP/Intern assignments in a related field.  Willingness to carry a heavy workload and the capacity and motivation for hard work are a must!
