BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair is hiring a Craft Supervisor for the Carpenter Shop.  Candidate will supervise and oversee the fabrication and assembly of wooden structures to repair and replace. Enforce all safety rules. Interpret specifications and drawings and schedules to assign mechanics to work items. Able to coordinate with other shops and trades to maintain schedules. Review and follow QA Inspection plans and ISO procedures.

Position requires a minimum of 5 - 10 years maritime experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. H.S. Diploma or GED required. Able to use a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Apprentice graduate preferred.
