This exciting opportunity within BAE System's Talent Acquisition Organization will support current and upcoming projects relating to Army Programs. This position supports program management in real-time throughout the recruiting life-cycle. Primary focus for the position will be to support and manage BAE System's role for talent acquisition as it relates to JIEDDO (Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization). This position will require an individual with a working knowledge of the United States Army's rank/rate/MOS breakdown. This individual will be responsible for working closely with hiring management to identify potential candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate salary, extend employment offers, coordinate relocation if required, support on-boarding processes, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a true understanding and working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), internet search methods, cold calling, interviewing techniques, salary negotiation, and customer relations. Work location will be at either our Hampton, VA office or in the Washington, DC Metro area - dependent on needs of business and candidate selected.
* H.S. Diploma + 8 years recruiting experience or B.S. Degree + 4 years recruiting experience 
* Working experience within an organization supporting the Department of Defense and/or experience as an active duty/reserve military recruiter.
* 3 years experience as full life-cycle recruiter
* Ability to travel up to 25%
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
* Experience with internet search methods as it relates to resumes
* Extensive experience with MSOffice - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
* Eligibility for secret security clearance

* AIRS certification
* Former Counter- IED Operations experience either as an operator or in a support role
* PeopleSoft
* Advertisement development relating to military programs
* ACAP involvement as either a participant or facilitator
* MOS 420A or 42A
