Develop strategies for improvement in conjunction with HR team and leadership
Create and maintain HR Standard Operation Procedures.
Gather, create and analyze data and use business systems to find opportunities to streamline processes.
Audit systems or processes and communicate issues to HR teams
Examine operations and procedures; identify opportunities resulting in the development implementation of new strategies and procedures leading to best practices within the organization. 
Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to understand problems that can be solved through automation, and then work closely with the technical staff to create real solutions that address both current needs as well as future requirements.
Compile data into usable formats for reporting and manage quality control
Ensure compliance and consistency where necessary. 
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting required.
