The selected candidate will assist in the test and evaluation of maritime worker credentialing systems to determine the effectiveness and operational impact of access card readers at various ports through out the United States. Candidate will aid in the development and execution of test plan procedures, data collection and analysis, and assist in the writing of all reports and final documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Compile raw data for baseline comparison reports
Record and maintain data integrity of daily reports
Conduct quality checks to ensure data is complete and accurate
Assess and quantify system efficiencies and failure rates
Assist in the development and writing of test plans, procedures, and project documentation
Assist in the analysis and generate report on project findings and developments
Transcribe access control procedures and layouts for port facilities
This position is located in Charleston, SC. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Charleston, SC or surrounding areas.

Requirements:
Eligibility for government DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree and at least two years related experience
Experience preparing technical documents and reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Preferences:
2 years port/maritime experience
