F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Business & Project Support Manager is a temporary position for up to six months that will primarily support a host of Human Resource (HR) tasks and related analysis, and will secondarily support the BAE Systems Global Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Integrated Capability Team (ICT). The position will be located in Fort Worth, TX. The position will report to the UK-based HR Manager, International for HR resourcing responsibilities, and to the US-based Project Manager, F-35 Global R&S ICT, for Global R&S ICT responsibilities. 

HR tasks will include development and configuration control of a project management plan for the US organization, including schedules, identify key HR tasks and deliverables for the transition of the US organization and set up of the ICT, provide assistance for the US organization and ICT related to design and implementation of guidelines and principles for the Special Security Agreement (SSA), ITAR, and Permanent Establishment (PE), assist with planning resources the next 2 years, using gap analysis and other methods, create a stakeholder map for the US organization to include expectations of key stakeholders, assist the F-35 LRIP Sustainment Project Manager with resource requirements for upcoming LRIP lots, work with UK-based manager for project control and business planning to ensure resource requirements are identified for LRIP lots, and assist with devising an implementation and transition plan for the activity which will se a percentage of UK secondees move over to the US part of BAE Systems, BAE Systems Inc. 

Global R&S ICT support tasks will include assistance with developing and maintaining a project management plan, a stakeholder management plan, and a concept of operations document. Other tasks include providing program management support and project control of new business opportunities, and control of the capability assessment of each home market, and the transfer of projects across home markets or Merger and Acquisition projects to facilitate the implementation of the BAE Systems portion of the F-35 Global R&S Strategy.
