The Program Control Analyst position participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. Involves significant interaction with Project Managers, Contracts personnel, Senior Technical personnel, and other functional or support organizations. Executes financial policies and procedures in support of projects. Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines, may develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries, may develop project schedules and Budgets, and possesses a complete understanding of related financial policies. Develops and maintains Estimates at Completion (EACs) for projects. Understands schedule critical path and performs related analyses. May implement Earned Value methodologies and perform related variance analyses. May provide schedule support for new business proposal development, providing input to the Management and Cost volumes of the proposal. Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program reviews. Prepares written and verbal reports to management regarding cost and schedule variances. Prepares customer required financial status reports. Contributes to the development of the organization's goals and objectives. May determine methods and procedures to be used on new assignments. Frequently interacts with outside customers and functional peer groups.

Minimum five (5) years related experience. Comprehends and communicates complex financial or technical information at a level to solicit or explain it. Able to communicate this information both verbally and through written correspondence and reports.
