BAE Systems will be supporting a set of IDIQ proposal requirements. �As we await the final request for proposal (RFP), we are proactively looking for qualified candidates that would be interested in employment opportunities at this location.� Since it is a proposal effort, positions would be dependent upon BAE Systems winning the proposal. � Provide status of projects. � Provide advance notification of any deviation from budget, schedule, or resources to the customer Deployment Managers. � Submit a weekly, electronically prepared status report that identifies and describes ongoing and upcoming activities, accomplishments, planned and completed travel, and recommendations for problem resolution. � Provide professional support to maintain process functionality including data research and analysis, creation of reports, develop/update project plans, develop work breakdown structures, and prepare needs analysis documents to support infrastructure projects. � Prepare schedules for completion of work tasks and identify, track, and monitor project metrics and measures. � Coordinate the execution phases of the IT Infrastructure projects including tracking planned vs. actual deployment progress, facilitating, capturing, and organizing project lessons learned. � Coordinate project closeout activities including but not limited to final sign-off with local site management, update and archive all project documentation. Prepare Visio drawings of site configurations and as-built documentation. � Maintain and organize project artifacts, to include procurement requisitions, delivery orders, site information, bill of materials, points of contact, and copies of certified invoices. Records management will include maintenance of a logical and easily accessible file system and clearly identifying all activity relating to specific sites. � Participate and sometimes facilitate collaborative project working group meetings. � Apply Configuration Management principals, as required. � Provide support in preparing requests for wide area network connectivity to support new sites, upgrades, or relocations. � Prepare the appropriate cancellation documentation for the network when offices close. � Provide support in preparing procurement requisitions for equipment, ensuring proper cost estimates, delivery schedules, and maintenance coverage. � Notify field points of contact to advise them of equipment orders, delivery schedules, and planned installation dates. � Provide support in preparing network definitions for all new equipment being installed. � Maintain in a Government provided template the current address information and points of contact for all supported sites.
