BAE Systems will be supporting a set of IDIQ proposal requirements. �As we await the final request for proposal (RFP), we are proactively looking for qualified candidates that would be interested in employment opportunities at this location.� Since it is a proposal effort, positions would be dependent upon BAE Systems winning the proposal. 

� Design and implement Microsoft Active Directory solutions. Design site topology, site replication, Group Policy, and OU structure. Manage AD schema. Design Microsoft Exchange email services for Enterprise. Engineer and implement Email Archiving with Symantec Enterprise Vault software. Design and implement Storage solutions with SAN and NAS technologies. Design and implement Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations strategies and solutions for Active Directory and Exchange. Design and implement wireless solutions with Blackberry Enterprise Server. Design and implement backup solutions using Symantec NetBackup software.
 � Provide secure Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions and clustering technologies.  
� Design and implement Disaster Recovery in support of Continuity of Operations (COOP).
� Provide Tier 3 support
� Design and implement an Active Directory topology and provide related services and support per vendor standards. This includes, but is not limited to, naming resolution services, dynamic host addressing services, and site replication topology 
� Assist the Operations Division with implementation services for Active Directory components and email messaging services
� Analyze technology opportunities for improving operations and ensuring interoperability. 
� Assess customer hardware and software systems for capability, compatibility and replacement.
� Design, implement, and maintain Domain Name Service (DNS) and Windows Internet Naming Standards (WINS). 
� Maintain compatibility with current and future customer security standards
� Support government customer and customer resource naming and communications standards
� Engineer a software licensing solution that tracks provisioning and harvesting licenses that are in use.
