BAE Systems will be supporting a set of IDIQ proposal requirements. �As we await the final request for proposal (RFP), we are proactively looking for qualified candidates that would be interested in employment opportunities at this location.� Since it is a proposal effort, positions would be dependent upon BAE Systems winning the proposal. -Maintain responsibility for the delivery and coordination of all deliverables and delivery schedules as defined throughout the SOW.

-Attend weekly staff meetings with the customer Deployment Manager to discuss recruitment activities and status of deployment projects.

- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
