Primary activities:  Performs a variety of administrative functions within a contract organization. Reviews and monitors proposal and contractual information, prepares necessary reports and supporting documentation on contracts status, and assists professional Contracts Administrators in various contracts analyses functions Tasks include Oracle data entry, Certificates of Compliance, invoice tracking, preparation and tracking of shippers, minor spares and repairs proposals and orders.  



Secondary activities:  Occasionally making travel arrangements, processing TAERS and other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent and two (2) years experience in a related area; or a high school education or the equivalent with additional specialized courses, plus a minimum of six (6) years related experience
