The Contract Closeout Specialist will perform all activities required to closeout all physically completed contracts and will coordinate all closeout actions in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The candidate is expected to work independently while coordinating with the Closeout Team, Contracts and Subcontracts departments, and in some cases with DCAA and DCMA.

REQUIRED:
Federal Government contracts (CPFF & T&M) 
Completing tasks for Contract Closeouts (CPFF & T&M contracts) 
Billing 
Reconciling discrepancies in contract costs
DESIRED:
Pulling Project Status Reports (PSR) or Job Status Reports (JSR) 
Pulling and analyzing A/R History Reports 
Analyzing A/P Reports to resolve subcontract/vendor discrepancies 
Analyzing and summarize Contract Award and all applicable Contract Modification in order to determine whether contract costs/fees are within funding limitation 
Reading contracts to decipher the contract (special provision, clauses, requirements, etc) 
Using excel to re-create and analyze contract costs for final bills 
Creating and printing of invoices / roll Invoices up if needed 
Input contract information into the 1034s and creating 1035s 
Incurred Cost Submissions and Allowable Cost (preferred but not required) 
Deltek Costpoint (preferred but not required) 
Proficient with Excel
