Analyze, condition, import, accurately input and process direct and indirect cost data to/from various cost centers, other computer software, and systems. Maintain and update Cost and Budget/ETC database to facilitate compilation of data used for required Government reporting, and used in efforts to seek and obtain additional new Divisional business. Verify and validate correctness and accuracy of Division-wide charges, as to proper Contract as well as to proper work package within the respective contracts. Perform knowledgeable, accurate and continual cross-testing and reconciliation with all other sources of imported data and general ledger accounts. Provide other Cost Analysts, managers and other operational functions with meaningful cost/budget/ETC information.
• Assist in development and compilation of Divisional and Project indirect and direct-cost budgets for purposes of monitoring cost and performance actuals against projections.
• Identify, analyze and assist in research of areas of significant Cost/Budget sub-performance concerns.
• Assist in development of updated Departmental, Project and Divisional ETCs (estimates-to-complete), for operational evaluation as well as for forward pricing purposes.
• Monitor actual cost/budget performance, by task as necessary, to provide information necessary to help Management keep apprised of projected negative variance areas.
• Continue to develop and enhance reporting data to Cost Analysts, Program Managers and Department management.
BA/BS degree in accounting or finance business-related field. Must be completely computer literate, including extensive spreadsheet analyses capability, preferably at an advanced level. 
Must have minimum 0 -2 years accounting and/or hands-on Cost & Budget analysis experience in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering environment. Experience or training in MPM or similar WBS project management software and system a definite plus.
Will direct Job Cost or MRP experience very helpful, but not required.
