This position is responsible for the analysis, design, and development of training materials, and for conducting and implementing instructional materials and training for Ground Systems Division products and programs. It requires producing and delivering timely, quality products and services as required by the customer. Must utilize customer feedback and conduct professional analysis and evaluation of training packages and training system design and implementation process in order to improve training products and services.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Conduct classroom and hands-on-training for GSD products, and programs, either individually or as part of a training team.
2.Conduct detailed analysis, design, development and implementation of instructional systems design training packages, tailored to meet unique vehicle program requirements.
3.Develop Contactor formatted and/or govt. mandated formatted training materials, to include student materials, instructor guides and lesson plans, practical exercises, graphics and AV aids, and job aids.
4.Coordinate requirements with subcontractors and customer representatives.
5. May assist in the preparation and management of budget estimates and cost accounts periodically.
6.Ensure communication across functional teams to provide accurate system and subsystem data collection and validation for training implementation.
7.Complete formative/summative evaluation and analysis for assigned programs.
8. Prepare and present technical briefings and reports to management, subcontractors and customers as required.
9.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
10.Assist in the preparation of detailed training studies and comprehensive training plans.
11.Develop training course schedules, prepare and/or coordinate preparation of training area, to include classroom, motor pool/shop area or driving/range area.
12. Share the responsibility of self-development with immediate supervisor.
13.Comply with Company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
1. AA degree or equivalent experience with specialty or trade school training in Instructional Systems required.
2. Technical skills to include a background in training conduct and/or development in an Integrated Training System (ITS) environment and development of Training Support Packages (TSP) in accordance with TRADOC AR 350-70 or equivalent specifications, with a keen focus on quality of output and customer satisfaction.
3.PC and computer-aided instructional design skills and/or simulation.
4.Candidate must be conversant and well informed with all MRAP variants which includes HAGA, TREX, and AUV
5.Candidate will be familiar with the use of templates in Microsoft word
