This is a Las Vegas based position reporting into the Enterprise Gaming team.  This position will work extensively on Central Division (IA, IL, IN, MO, MS, LA and NC) slot performance matters.  S(he) will be responsible for managing the slot assets of the division as a whole and optimizing both current and new assets to drive incremental revenue.  This position will prioritize the needs of each property to determine the most effective deployment of assets and investment.  Through extensive travel, this employee will come to be an expert in each market to guide the prioritization and optimization of Central Division slots

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

 

·         Initiating an intra-division assessment process of slot mix that provides a measurement of machine performance and marginal benefit to the division

·         Responsible for developing the strategy of all slot performance related initiatives in the division  including asset redistribution, new purchases, conversions and participation

·         Become a market expert through competitive analysis for each property in the division

·         Implement pricing strategy

·         Collaborate with property slot leaders to configure and merchandise games

·         Manage vendor relationships with all OEM’s and negotiate appropriate terms

·         Facilitate cooperation between properties and between Enterprise Gaming

·         Communicate effectively with all levels of management

·         Manage budgets made available by each property

·         Develop and publish performance scorecards

QUALIFICATIONS:  (Education and experience both required and/or preferred)

·         Bachelors Degree Required, MBA Preferred

·         5 years slot performance experience

·         Excellent working knowledge of slot product

·         Strong financial modeling skills

·         Strong project management, organizational and consultative skills

·         Multi-disciplined experience in operator, regulator and/or vendor sectors is preferred

·         Broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies required for slots and slot systems

·         Strong critical thinking skills; able to support business direction with analytical fact base

·         Excellent communication/presentation skills that can be adapted to audiences from staff to senior executive level

·         Able to craft, facilitate and execute initiatives -- to identify tasks, assign to others, get approvals as needed along the way

·         Must be able to acquire appropriate licensing in IA, IL, IN, LA, MO, MS, and NC

·         Must relocate to Las Vegas

·         Must be available to travel up to 75% of time 

·         Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays when necessary
