The Production Artist will execute Internet media while meeting milestones within scheduled timeframes. Daily responsibilities will be to complete tasks as assigned by the Design Manager and Lead Designer while maintaining production goals on larger projects.  Projects will include site refreshes and maintenance, microsites, animated web banners, email blasts, landing pages, video and flash presentations.


  • Produce, animate and execute Internet based projects such as web banners, landing pages, micro-sites, email blasts, and online video.
  • Maintain digital assets library.
  • Research best practices for web production and animation development.
  • BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • Excellent Internet production skills and production portfolio of interactive projects required
  • Minimum 2 year professional web production experience preferred within an agency or in-house advertising/marketing department
  • Qualified candidates will also have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects
  • A strong understanding of web development best practices across various forms of online marketing
  • Possess strong interaction skills and work collaboratively with other team members
  • Ability to take direction to meet creative and business objectives
  • Experience producing banners, emails, web pages, and micro sites
  • Experience with the industry standard web production applications (CS3 or CS4 — Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver)
  • Experience coding in HTML and CSS as well as optimizing graphics to be web compatible
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems a major plus
  • Prior experience in Action Scripts, XML and streaming video is a plus
  • Must be comfortable learning and using new technologies
