Financial Manager

Ordnance Systems Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BAE SYSTEMS INC, invites the following professional to join our team at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HSAAP) in Kingsport, TN.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Monthly Financial Close, CSR preparation, attend Program Reviews, review risk authorizations and QBR & IBP submissions.

Essential Functions
  • Directs the activities of Financial Analyst to provide analysis on business development.
  • Prepares and delivers reports and presentation findings to Senior Management. 
  • Liaison to management to rate and budget questions. 
  • Ensures compliance with DAR/FAR government regulations. 
  • Manages reviews of financial data received from various managers for inclusion in indirect and forward pricing rate package submission to the government. 
  • Interface with government auditors and provide audit support.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of program finance/ program control processes and procedures. 
  • Understanding of accounting principles and back office business flow. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong command of all Microsoft Applications.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA and 6 years of experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of BAE's Life Cycle Management process
