Inbound Customer Care Consultant

Must be able to handle large volume of inquiries, while always providing excellent service. 
Will be responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to: identify consumer needs, provide prompt resolution to inquires and follow through on all calls with customers. 

Experience - customer service and/or sales (retail sales ok).  Excellent written and verbal communication a must (bilingual Spanish a plus).  Must be punctual and dependable.
