Inbound Customer Care Consultant
Responsible for responding to customer phone calls by listening empathetically to the customer, clarifying and assessing customer needs, and resolving billing and basic service issues in a prompt and effective manner utilizing multiple computer systems simultaneously.Responsible for utilizing customer service skills to: effectively answer customer's question and identify needs and provide prompt resolution to inquires and problems. Develop strong rapport with caller early in the contact; Capture data and enter clearly and accurately; Express flexibility to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
