RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of documentation for the CCE Global Template for various Market to Order (MTO) Processes. Responsible for handling the requirement gathering, creating functional and development specifications, business process improvements. Work with CCE business team members and consultants to understand the detailed requirements that support their business. Create and maintain test scripts and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups, including the integration of SAP CRM with SD/APO/BI. Work closely with the SAP SD/SCM/BI/HR team to ensure the CRM design and processes are consistent. Develop quality assurance test plans. Provide technical consultation with business users. Utilize Microsoft Projects and SAP Solution Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • 2 years of configuration experience in SAP CRM 5.0 and/or updated versions REQUIRED.
  • Experience must also include 2 full-cycle SAP project implementations.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with Global SAP Implementation projects involving multiple countries, including the U.S., Canada, and EU.
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering/management, computer science/business administration, or a related field.
  • Must have good understanding of SAP CRM 7.0 configuration, especially MW, Sales, Marketing and Service components.
