PETCO has an exciting opportunity for experienced Pet Stylists to become MOBILE
GROOMERS!

What you’ll do:
• Perform basic grooming services including brushing, bathing, and conditioning
of animals
• Follow owner's instructions or Breed Standards when clipping, stripping or
trimming an animals' coat
• Generate business by utilizing periods of time when not grooming pets to write
and send reminder cards to customers who have not been in for grooming services
for more than three months

What you need:
• A genuine interest in the well-being of animals
• At least one year's experience in grooming under the leadership of a
professional Groomer, or have received formal instruction from a reputable
grooming school.
• Successful completion of a personal skill evaluation by a PETCO Stylist or
Grooming Salon Manager.
• A valid driver’s license from the work state with a clean driving record and
ability to safely operate a mobile grooming van.
• A high school diploma or it’s equivalent (GED) is preferred.
• Be able to move animals and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
