Provides communication support for diet office/trayline.Processes patient menu.Demonstrates effective tray management.Provides age-specific care to patients aged child through the elderly.Provides supervision for lock-up of department, schedule and organization of the department.Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers. Position Requirements:
Working knowledge of food service systemsDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic.Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers.Basic computer skills.Dietary Managers Certification preferred.
