DesiBAE Systems has an opening for an All-Source Analyst to work on the OCONUS deployment of a new Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) sensor and exploitation system. Successful candidate will join a high tempo Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) analytic team.

Major analytical responsibilities include verifying HSI products and fusing that data with other sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, and IMINT) to generate actionable intelligence. The multi-intelligence products will incorporate current terrorist IED network Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to increase confidence and relevance of intelligence products. Additional production responsibilities include disseminating intelligence products, cross-cueing with other platforms, and supporting collection management. 

Since this is a newly deployed system the candidate will familiarize the C-IED team with current warfighter TTPs and Concept of Operations (CONOPS), test the sensor and exploitation system, identify deficiencies, help integrate new features, and work with the customer to refine system architecture. The candidate will write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), user manuals, TTPs, help refine TTPs and CONOPS based on feedback, and support the training and development of new operator/analysts. 

The position is located OCONUS, but involves traveling to various locations CONUS for training, prior to deployment. This position averages two months of CONUS pre-deployment training, and four month OCONUS deployment.

Mandated standards requirements (to include fitness) to pass a deployment physical and deploy OCONUS to conduct operations with the equipment – Customer reserves right to approve all contract personnel. Proficient in utilizing basic intelligence applications intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development: DCGS-A, mIRC, FalconView, M3, Analyst Notebook, Pathfinder, FBCB2, TIGR, Blue Force Tracker, CIDNE, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with the testing, development, and evaluation of new equipment/systems, and prior deployment to combat zone as All-Source C-IED Analyst is desired. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and need little direction to complete tasks.
