Responsible for the daily activities for fixed asset accounting and assists with the month end close processes. 

• Prepare Capital Request & AFE for review
• Prepare CIP Capitalization for review
• Capital asset additions; includes updating FA model with asset category,depr method, location code, etc.
• Process Transfers & Disposals.
• Perform regular maintenance by updating projects & orgs and preparing JE to book changes.
• COSA
• Perform physical inventory
• Prepare Lease vs Purchase Analysis for review
• Capital and Expense Assets Tagging
• Annual update of vehicles
• Prepare check requisition for real and personal property tax bills.
Required Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work • Basic accounting knowledge • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Excellent “customer” skills and strong interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Flexibility, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and has the drive for results • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong spreadsheet skills • ERP experience, Deltek CP preferred
