The University Hospitals Cancer Center consistently ranks among the top 25 cancer hospitals in the U.S., holding the National Cancer Institute’s highest distinction as a Comprehensive Cancer Center. With that in mind, UH is investing in the future of cancer treatment and research by building a new, free-standing cancer hospital to bring all facets of cancer care under one roof. The new Cancer Hospital, equipped with 120 inpatient beds (+ shelled 30 bed unit), will combine the best technologies, the most effective protocols and the latest findings for cancer care in one 375,000-square-foot, free-standing facility.
1. Performs daily food service related duties necessary to meet customer feeding deadlines, including, but not limited to maintaining a neat, clean and sanitary work area appropriate for food and service ware handling
2. Serves internal and external customer needs promptly, accurately and politely utilizing department and GMC service standards
3. Use department equipment in a safe, efficient and confident manner
4. Other duties as assigned
5. Follows departmental policies related to patient food safety.

Position Requirements:
Ability to read. Must have strong customer service skills and ability to work independently. Function as a team member. Operate and maintain own work station. Good customer service with internal and external customers..Education Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of food service experience.License Requirements:
