The successful candidate will assesrequirements and contribute towards the design solutions of external communications and more broadly C5ISR systems installed on military aviation, surface ship and ashore platforms primarily for US Navy customers. 

This job will entail participation in programmatic and technical interchange meetings, utilizing proficient oral and written communication skills. Will eventually serve a project lead, managing tasking for the customer as well as reviewing requirements documents, responding to action items, and developing technical solutions. This tasking will require working within an interdisciplinary working group of acquisition professionals, platform designers, and systems integration staff.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidate. Applicants must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field and a minimum of 4 years post degree experience
Willingness to relocate to Southern MD
Lean Six Sigma training
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Network, information, or communication systems expertise
Preferences:
Graduate degree in Management, Technology, Engineering or Computer Science
Military experience (preferably US Navy)
Project Management Professional certification
C5ISR experience
RF, digital switching, and systems integration experience
