The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Principal System Engineer with Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of SIGINT. The person filling this position will perform systems engineering functions in support of SIGINT programs, which will include developing requirements in response to customer operational needs, maturing operational systems concepts, developing and/or implementing system-level sensor models for candidate sensors, assessing system alternatives, and providing support to system integration and test activities A successful candidate will be able to perform and/or review technical analyses of SIGINT system performance, signal processing techniques and system error and performance budgets. The SME will provide customer-facing support to the SIGINT business and will support identifying new opportunities and anticipating evolving program requirements.
Required Education: 

Bachelors and 12+ year(s) related experience
Required Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in an Engineeering or Scientific field or equivalent experience,Employees in California must have a Bachelor’s degree in the applicable field, or an applicable certification, equivalent certificate or any required license. Equivalent experience will not be considered.
Required Skills: 

12+ years of demonstrated knowledge in the areas of SIGINT systems. Focus areas should include specific experience with wireless communications, antenna development and signal processing. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Skills: 

Experience as Principal Investigator of Research and Development projects or as Technical Lead or Chief Engineer of a technology development project. Educational focus in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Digital Communications.
