Lead the BAE Land & Armaments global Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health function and provide functional support and direction at the site level across multiple lines of business. Develop and administer assigned aspects of the company's SH&E policies and programs and enables compliance with ESH regulations and requirements globally. Further, represents the L&A Organization as the subject matter expert for Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health with external regulatory agencies and trade associations.
Required Skills:
Posses the ability to leads and assist SH&E professionals including external subcontract personnel in efficient accomplishment of assigned responsibilities. Provide support for site executives to assist in the management of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health programs and policy. Demonstrate the ability to develop key SH&E policies and compliance programs. Ensures compliance that meets or exceeds appropriate regulatory standards. Posses the capability to develops SH&E performance indicators. Assure effective implementation of assurance plan to monitor the effectiveness of the company's Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health processes. Demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and maintain required operating procedures and training programs to ensure company and employee awareness, support and adherence to approved SH&E practices and standards. Posses the ability to act as liaison with regulatory agencies such as EPA, OSHA, International Occupational Safety & Health agencies and state and local agencies as required. Assure effective management and development of SH&E personnel, specifically related to the Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health skill set. Hold the American Board of Industrial Hygiene Certification. Specifically the Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation.

Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers; Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations; Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule; Design and develop products and services using state-of-the-art technology, principles, theories and concepts.
